Letting Agent Fee Ban Have your say
Letting Agent Fee Ban Have your say.
The government announced in the 2016 Autumn Statement that it would consult on introducing a ban on letting agent fees paid by tenants, to improve competition in the private rental market and give potential tenants greater clarity and control over what they pay.
The consultation is open for a short period for responses until 2 June 2017. The consultation paper invites views and comments on how the ban on letting agent fees paid by tenants in England should be implemented and enforced.
Have your say here and express your opinion direct to the consultation with your own personal views or response from your organisation.
